Brooke Mullins is a dedicated and compassionate wellness practitioner with a profound commitment to supporting individuals on their path to holistic well-being and personal transformation. With a diverse range of certifications, Brooke brings a unique blend of expertise and experience to her work.

 

As a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200), Brooke guides students through the practice of yoga, helping them cultivate strength, flexibility, and inner peace. Her classes emphasize mindful movement, breath awareness, and the integration of yoga philosophy into daily life.

 

As an Ordained Ritual Guide, Brooke creates sacred spaces and leads individuals through transformative rituals and ceremonies. She understands the power of intention, symbolism, and sacred rituals in deepening one's spiritual connection and facilitating personal growth and healing.

Brooke is ordained through the Universal Life Church, a unique and inclusive institution that empowers individuals to perform a diverse range of rituals and ceremonies. With this ordination, she is blessed with the legal authority and the spiritual responsibility to engage in practices such as Reiki healing, house blessings, weddings, hand-fasting ceremonies, and more. This path has not only provided her with the knowledge and skills to facilitate these meaningful experiences, but it also reflects her deep commitment to promoting love, unity, and spiritual growth. She feels it is an honor to serve as a guide and celebrant for those seeking to mark significant moments in their lives, and she looks forward to continuing this journey of compassion, connection, and joy with all those she has the privilege to serve.

 

Brooke's passion for mindfulness and its transformative effects led her to become a Mindfulness Coach. Through tailored guidance and practices, she assists individuals in developing present-moment awareness, reducing stress, and cultivating a greater sense of clarity, calm, and overall well-being.

 

With her certification in Ayurvedic Nutrition, Brooke combines the principles of Ayurveda, the ancient Indian system of medicine, with modern nutritional science. She provides personalized guidance on dietary choices and lifestyle practices that align with an individual's unique mind-body constitution, promoting balance, vitality, and optimal health.

 

As a practitioner of Trauma-Informed Yoga, Brooke creates safe and inclusive spaces for individuals who have experienced trauma. She integrates trauma-sensitive approaches into her yoga classes, empowering students to reconnect with their bodies, release tension, and foster healing, resilience, and self-empowerment.

 

Brooke's expertise also extends to Yoga Nidra, a powerful practice of deep relaxation and conscious sleep. Through her guidance, individuals experience profound relaxation, inner exploration, and the opportunity for deep healing and transformation.

 

As a Reiki Master, Brooke harnesses the universal life force energy to facilitate healing and restoration on physical, emotional, and energetic levels. Her Reiki sessions provide a gentle yet powerful means of promoting balance, harmony, and well-being.
